Recovery is a journey, and at House of Acts, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our Sober Living and Aftercare programs provide an environment where individuals (men, women, and young adults) can build stability, confidence, and independence.  Our Sober Living and Aftercare programs are open to individuals who:

  • Have completed an inpatient or outpatient treatment program.

  • Are committed to maintaining a substance-free lifestyle.

  • Need additional support to transition into independent living.

What is Sober Living?

Sober Living provides a safe, supportive, shared home for individuals transitioning from treatment to independent living. It’s designed to reinforce the habits and skills necessary for long-term recovery while developing a sense of community and accountability.

Aftercare services are critical for preventing relapse and maintaining progress. Our program offers personalized support tailored to our residents' recovery journey.

  • Sober Living & Housing Services:  Case management and exit planning assistance with 30-60-90 day measured aftercare follow-up.

  • Ongoing Counseling:  Stay connected with professional guidance and therapy.

  • Relapse Prevention Plans:  Learn strategies to manage triggers and maintain sobriety.

  • Resources & Referrals:  Access resources to achieve your personal and professional goals and receive referrals to community services.

  • Job and Housing Placement Assistance:  Residents are given help to find employment and own personal or permanent supportive housing.
